Happy Friday, everyone! It's Lana from My New Happy, and I've found some favorites to share with you this week!
1- Have you tried any workouts on Fitness Blender? The site features a husband and wife team of personal trainers, and they share over 500 free workouts, ranging from 10-85 minutes. They also have complete workout programs for purchase. I bought the 8 Week Fat Loss Program for Busy People for only $14.99. I started this week, and I'm loving the strength training/HIIT workouts that only last 30 minutes. The 4 Week Program For People Who Get Bored Easily sounds intriguing. I'll probably buy that one next, because yeah, that's me.
2- I love this fashion post from Beauty With Lily, who linked up with us for Spring Fever Fashion this week. Every single floral outfit she featured is gorgeous!
3- Hate To Break It To You But You Are The Reason Your Life Sucks So Much may be the best post I've read in awhile. "If you want your life to get better then start living like it". Go read it!
4- Easter is only a week away, and who wouldn't want to see one of these deserts at their table? Jolina from The Unlikely Baker shared the most delicious looking cakes and I want every single one!
5- One of my lifelong goals is to travel more. Looks like I can find some great destination ideas from According To D's post 10 Instagram Accounts That Inspire Female Travelers.
