February 14, 2017, by Andrea Nine

Hello! Happy LOVE DAY!! Welcome to the Tasty Tuesday Link-Up here at The Blended Blog. I'm Andrea from Living On Cloud Nine and if you've been over at my blog or are headed there today, you will see the most delicious mini heart shaped meatloaves and a sweet and special side. Over here, I'm whipping up a darling heart shaped dessert for you all that is sure to please your family since I know you'll make them with the most love!

It will be a Happy Valentine's Day indeed if you put all this goodness on the table for your sweet family!

Since the older two are in college, I think our youngest boy sometimes gets a little spoiled. This boy loves his cheesecake, loves the cherries to be the topping for it and of course we all love chocolate chip cookies. And I am super crazy about sweetened condensed milk so I love adding this to the cheesecake to make it even more delectable. So I decided to combine all this goodness, stir in extra love and create the most little lovely heart shaped desserts for him and Mr. Nine! Shh, don't tell the college boys, they're probably having Ramen or chicken nuggets in the dining hall, LOL!

What You'll need

Cherry & Cookie Cheesecakes
Ingredients
1 package chocolate chip cookie dough
2 (8 oz) bricks of cream cheese, softened
1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 eggs
1 (21 oz) can cherry pie filing

Directions
Preheat the oven to 325° and spray your heart muffin tins with nonstick cooking spray. Take about a tablespoon of the chocolate chip cookie dough and press into the bottom of each tin. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes. Now, in a medium mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla, and eggs until smooth. Spoon about the sixth of the mixture into each muffin tin. Bake for an additional 15 to 18 minutes or until set. Let cool and top with desired cherry pie filling. Refrigerate for at least an hour.

Cookie dough cooked before pouring on cheesecake mixture
2 Sweet Sizes; I made mini cheesecakes too if you want just a bite or two of this treat.

MADE with LOVE for sure!!
