Tasty Tuesday - Beef and Broccoli

August 08, 2017, by Shelly @ The Queen in Between

Welcome to Tasty Tuesday here at The Blended Blog where you can linkup your favorite recipes and take away some delicious dishes to try.  I'm Shelly from The Queen in Between blog and last month I shared a cleaned up version of Stuffed Bell Peppers.  We are still trying to keep it clean this summer at our house so I'm sharing a new recipe I tried last week that received the thumbs up from the family.

I'm constantly searching for recipes to satisfy my meat and potato guy.  Thankfully broccoli is one of his favorite veggies and I was itching for a little Asian inspired food but still wanting to keep things clean{ish}.  One of my go to bloggers for sharing healthy meals is Jay's Baking Me Crazy and this little recipe was calling my name.
One tip is to look for steak cut wafer thin at your grocer.  While you probably pay a tad bit more it is totally worth it to save the time of slicing the meat thin myself.
Of course you cold make rice to serve along side this traditional dish but I chose to serve over cauliflower rice to make it a little more low carb friendly.  To keep it Whole 30 or Paleo compliant you will need coconut aminos but I opted for low sodium soy sauce as it was on hand.
This dish was a win at our house!  You can find the full recipe by visiting Paleo Whole 30 Beef and Broccoli.

Last weeks most viewed links included Laura's roundup of summer recipes and Beth's amazing no bake S'mores pie!
