Tasty Tuesday - Corn Dip

Today I'm sharing an old favorite recipe for an amazing appetizer.  I really wish I hd a quality picture to show you but this recipe doesn't photograph well.  Do not let this stop you from taking a chance at your next gathering.  I will tell you I took this too a recent party and was asked more than once if I put crack in it because it was THAT good!  I did find a very similar recipe in the picture below.


Corn Dip Recipe 
1 can Mexicorn, Drained
1 can White Shoepeg Corn, Drained
1 can Rotel, Drained
1 8 oz cream cheese
2 tsp Cumin
2-3 tsp Chili Powder
2-3 tsp garlic
Drain all of the cans really well, the more the better.  Heat up the cream cheese in a bowl in the microwave until pretty soft.  Mix all ingredients in a crock pot.

Seriously, this dip is the bomb!  My hubby won't eat canned veggies (lame) so I rarely am able to make this or I would eat the entire thing!
